Members of DU to be judges at MOCA next week

17 Feb

Sean and Dana from the DU will be part of a panel of judges at The Museum of Contemporary Art next Saturday, February 25th. It’s going to be a sweet event!

Experience the drama of high fashion as MOCA presents a couture throw-down in our galleries. Based on the popular reality TV show Project Runway, fashion students from Cleveland Institute of Art, Kent State University, and Virginia Marti School of Art and Design will design original fashions that address “monumentality” as inspred by the exhibition Ursula von Rydingsvard: Sculpture. A panel of fashion savvy judges including Dredger’s Union’s Sean Bilovecky and Dana Sobota, former Sacks buyer Valerie Welebir, and wardrobe stylist Conor O’Malley will evaluate the designs and select a winner during our live runway competition.
